「I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The entire room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay or even sleep. The towels also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and did not seem clean or fresh. The bed was full of hair, which clearly indicated poor housekeeping and a lack of proper cleaning before guests arrived. The room was poorly maintained, and basic hygiene standards were not met. I also did not feel safe or comfortable staying at this...

「We had trouble accessing the room due to a key issue, and the staff assisted us kindly and patiently.」
