「When we arrived we were put on the 2nd floor but the lift wasn't working thankfully the staff carried our suitcases up, got to our room seemed ok .nice and warm but what we didn't realise at the time the heating had just gone off and later we found out it comes on full with no chance of turning it off and your can't open the windows. We only had one set of towels for two people and very little teas, coffee, milk and toilet rolls. We went and asked for them and were given them straight away and...

「The property is quaint/unusual. Not easily seen from the road if arriving in the dark. Provisions given in the room and the landing were excellent and fabulous location for Stansted airport. However, on opening the front door noted that the hall carpet was slightly worn and the room allocated had a shower in the room rather than the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable stay and would book again, but request a room with a definite bathroom.」

「15時～チェックインの記載でしたが、事前に13時半頃着予定を伝えると、早めに部屋に通してくれました。お部屋は広々、可愛いインテリアでテンションが上がります。オシャレで美味しい朝食は海を見ながら。2泊しましたが、2日間ともミネラルウォーター2本とクッキーをセットしてくれたのも嬉しかったです。最初はVictoria駅近くの学生寮に泊まるつもりでしたが、こちらに変更して本当に良かったです。ビーチ沿いの散策が楽しく、この街自体とても気に入りました。快適な滞在でした。またぜひ伺いたいです。」

「Der Empfang war herzlich und warm. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, angenehmes Bett und großes Badezimmer. Parkplätze im bewachten Hof, Preis-/Leistung super :)」

「The bathroom had mold which had me sneezing. Historic doesn't have to mean unkept. Friendly enough but quality not quite there」

「Good value hotel and breakfast. Unfortunately close to the bypass with a very high proportion of çars and motorcycles with amplified exhausts.」

「Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.」

「Really enjoyed our stay! The caravan was clean and comfy, and the park was lovely and peaceful. Had a really relaxing time and would definitely come back 😊」
