The property could do with a bit of updating in the rooms especially the bathroom and some painting. They offed a reasonable menu and the food was excellent. We found all the staff to be friendly one impartial was Liv she check to see if the room was ready as we were early and wanted to go out.We were meeting friends for lunch she came over to remind us of kitchen closing time and tell us about fish Friday deal, the service she gave throughout our stay was excellent she was so helpful

Very nice stay. Young man - sorry didn't get his name - behind bar who checked me in was excellent, so helpful and polite. Breakfast, however was disappointing. Had to book a specific time slot and when I arrived, having booked and paid the evening before, I was told that they didn't know that I had booked. Was then asked what I wanted to eat with no menu choices and took quite a while to make although only cereals and toast on offer. Dispite this I would stay again as lovely location, friendly atmosphere and cute little room.

noisy particularly lower floor. Guest upstairs were making too much noise. Staff tried helping but no other room was available and they said they would talk to the guest, but nothing changed. TV also was limited to channels and I would expect smart TV for price and quality
