"The hotel was great. Good value for money. Clean the staff very friendly happy and helpful. I could not have asked for much more. The only very very small negative was no cable TV so I did not have any English channels. But I did not come to Indonesia to watch TV I came to see the city and the location is very good for food and pretty close to the city centre. Taxis are cheap here too if you use the grab app. "

"Als wir angekommen waren, wusste die Dame am Empfang nicht einmal, dass ein Zimmer auf unseren Namen gebucht wurde. Dementsprechend wurde auch kein Zimmer für uns vorbereitet. Nach einem kurzen Hin und Her haben wir ein Zimmer im vierten Stock erhalten (ohne Aufzug). Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer sieht man über alle Stockwerke hinweg Müll, Bettwäsche und anderes Zeug rumliegen.
