"We stay 3 nights to visit family and this apartment is beautiful and quite, we love this place. "

"Hotel is cheap and close to the busy area. Owners were amazing and hooked us up in so many ways. They rented us a cheap motorbike, booked our tour, translated phrases to get us back to the airport in Hanoi, and got us a taxi. Won us over for sure. The hotel is good but the service is amazing. "

"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"Ne pas recommander! Odeur d’égouts dans les chambres. Malpropre. Plein de poils et de cheveux. Bain cerné sale. L’évier pareil et le miroir pareil. Tasse et théière sale. Balcon plein de cigarettes. Même après avoir demandé de nettoyer c’était encore sale… "
