キャットバ島のカプセルホテル

「The homestay was a good experience in general but was quite far from Cat Ba Town. We were able to hire bicycles and ride to the national park and go hiking but there wasn't anything else that could be accessed without motorised transport. The rooms were ok, but in need of some maintenance. Bathrooms need updating and wallpaper was peeling off the ceilings. There were spiders and a centipede in the room but it was fine once we removed the critters. Lots of farm sounds with roosters, barking dogs...

「部屋は眺望がすばらしかった。難を言えば、シャワーの温度。風呂桶半分ほどのぬるい湯を出してはじめて適温になった。バスタブがおしゃれでシャワーカーテンが無いため、洗面台近くまで浸水してしまう。部屋の冷蔵庫は全く冷えず温度調節もできない。ベランダへの掃き出し窓のロックが見た目で解る程壊れていて鍵がかからない状態で安全上問題あり。フロントに連絡すると担当がやって来て「治しておく」と言われたので外出して帰ると直っていない。フロントに修復か部屋の変更かを申し入れ再度外出、帰ると「直りました」とのこと。部屋に戻ると状況は変わっていませんでした。部屋の金庫も電池切れで使用てきなかったがすぐ取り替えてくれたのはよかった。眺め、雰囲気、立地はどれも良いホテルなだけにちょっと残念。」

「Our stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel was wonderful. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip to Vietnam. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful for all our needs. The location is right in the main strip of Cat Ba town, which can be a bit hectic but our room wasn’t too noisy. This was a great value for the price and I would return.」

「Green Homestay was the perfect place to stay on Cat Ba island. We were greeted by Hana who is so lovely and helpful and really made our stay perfect. We were able to arrange activities right from the homestay which was very convenient. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great pool and garden area. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood a short walk away from a couple bars and restaurants and was the perfect location for a quieter and relaxing stay. You can rent scooters to visit Cat...

「I was advised the day of arrival the elevator was broken and we would be taken to another hotel. The elevator was non existent and there was obvious major building works in progress. The hotel we were taken to was substandard and not at all what we paid for. We were not given prior knowledge or the opportunity to choose our own hotel or for a refund.」
