「Wir haben in Südostasien schon in gut vierzig verschiedenen Hotels übernachtet. H Hotel gehört beim Service eindeutig zur oberen Liga. Beim Check-in hat man uns gefragt, ob wir besondere Wünsche haben, und das klang nicht wie eine Pflichtfrage. Man hat wirklich zugehört.
