「The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. 」

「Pros: Staff is very friendly and attentive, clean room, and close to many restaurants, bars, and ferry. Complementary massage was great. Cons: No daily room service/cleaning, I am not sure if I was supposed to ask for that, but didn’t bother me either. 」

「The room was disgusting. The bathroom water was brown. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when we asked someone about fixing it they say it flushed and when we checked it wasn’t. We left. You can find way nicer hotels in el Nido for the same price or for even cheaper. This hotel is nasty and filled with bugs. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.」
