"Friendly staff and a very centrally located hotel. Great value for the area."

"Very nice stay, close to Namba station, plenty of local food options and convenience stores."

"Cheapest place you can find in Osaka. No complaints about the price. The hotel has a lot of additional amenities to complement that price. For example they have a whole kitchen with refrigerator, stove and everything you need to make yourself any meal you want. Highly recommended if you don't mind a bit dirty premises and just wanna have a place to sleep at night."

"Great place to stay and it is near the train station!! The staff was amazing and everything was spotless and sparkling"

"Excellent place for short stay. Clean and quiet."

"Made for a great stay"

"共有部分のお風呂トイレは綺麗でしたが、部屋の床に髪の毛やお菓子の食べカスが落ちていたので掃除が雑だなと感じました。 それ以外は満足です。"

"The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly"

"Really helpful staff and great location!"

"Location is excellent and the room is clean and newly refurbished"

"3rd times staying and it is wonderful"

"For the budget-minded traveller this is a 5-star option. Cheaper than some hostels but we had our own tiny room with TV and a/c. Only complaints are the women’s bath is in the next-door building which is a smoking allowed facility and my wife didn’t like the smell. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free tea/coffee machine! Close to many train lines. Pleasant lobby."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful! I had a very pleasant stay here. It’s in a perfect location as well."
