"The lobby is a little misleading. The place looks so amazing from the outside and the lobby as well. The staff we encountered was very sweet but the rooms were incredibly dirty. The floors and the walls were honestly disgusting. I will upload photos if I could. The floors were carpet meant to look like hard wood and were insanely stained. "Great room, really spacious. Staff were all very friendly. Handily located right next to a bus stop (#9 or #28 from the station), with other stops nearby as well as convenience stores. Lovely ramen shop across the road too! Would happily stay again. "

"The staff was great and very friendly, both receptionists I spoke to spoke English or spoke just enough to help me without an issue. If you're looking for a more quiet hotel that is still close to train and bus lines this is a great option for you. They can also hold your luggage for you if you enter before the check in time."
