"A lovely and historic property attached to an old church. Beautiful courtyard, intimate bar, and a nice dining room. Excellent staff service at front desk and in restaurant. My only complaint is the size of the room I was given. Tiny and with great sun exposure, was too worn. Luckily, the hotel provided a small fan but it was noisy. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"There was a nice feel to this hotel. It felt homely with it's creaky wooden stairs and beautiful bannister; when we came in late at night and let ourselves in through the big door with a key and crept up the stairs to our room so we didn't disturb any others, it felt like coming home! "The staff are lovely and the location is great The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one. The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink. There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am.
