Ich fand die Dusche eher unpraktisch, da sie beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt hat. Auch fehlten uns Aufhängmöglichkeiten für die nassen Handtüscher. Ansonsten ein schönes und sauberes Hotel und ein toller Service, ob es ein nicht richtig funktionierender Fernseher war oder der Service an der Bar und morgens beim Frühstück, gab es einen Wunsch oder ein Problem wurde sich sofort drum gekümmert. Fazit: Ein gutes Hotel, aber verbesserungswürdig.

Frukosten var okej, stort plus att det fanns gott om frukt.m samt att hotellet hade happy hour, trevligt. Saknade lite på frukostbuffen, hårt bröd, bacon som vi väntat oss skulle finnas på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

The standard of the room certainly does not live up to the price you have to pay. The rooms are not cleaned unless you specifically request it — in my opinion, this should be a given, and I also feel that I’ve paid enough for at least the room to be cleaned. The bathroom ventilation is extremely noisy, and you can very clearly hear when other guests in the hotel use the toilet, for example, on the floor above.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum von Hannover. Ich hätte mir vorab Informationen zum Parken gewünscht, das wäre für die Anreise einfacher gewesen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Leider war trotz Buchung eines Zwei-Bett-Zimmers nur ein Bett hergerichtet. Auf dem zweiten fehlten sowohl Kissen als auch Bettdecke. Außerdem war leider die Bar nicht geöffnet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aber super!

I made my reservation through hotels.com and paid for 2 nights. When i arrived to the hotel, receptionist told me that he cant see my booking there in his system. He just refused me and adviced to get contact with Hotels.com eventhough i showed my payment proof and confirmation e-mail. I had to book another hotel from and now i am waiting for my refund.
