Very nice place. Newly renovated bathroom. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. The common areas are well done. We enjoyed sitting there, reading next to the fireplace. We also liked the location - Next to a river and grocery stores to get snacks around the corner.

Missed out on Eagles Nest because it wasn’t open for the season yet . Documentation Center exceeded expectations. Allow 3 hours minimum if you really want to experience the facility. Hofbrauhaus was great - great food, great beer, great staff.

Beautiful area with snow capped mountains outside our window. Food is excellent in the restaurants. People are very friendly. Great vacation spot. We went on the salt mine tour and to Ettal cloister. Enjoyed both.

The salt mine tour was fantastic And I would suggest also the boat that crosses the Lake is a wonderful tour. Train and bus station are with in easy walking distance to this hotel so a taxi is not needed. Hotel provides free bus tickets
