「Our first time at this hotel. From the check-in to the check out we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the hotel.
The staff were welcoming and helpful at all times and took time to get to know us, especially Marco.
The room was very spacious and clean with a view of the piazza.
Loved the “vibe” in the bar area which was also used for breakfast, which was plentiful and varied.
Only small point was that the water in the Galley could have been colder and the vending machine fixed

Posizionata a 1000 MT di altitudine vicino ad una bellissima abbazia di Vallombrosa a cui si deve necessariamente fare visita. Un paradiso per chi ama la montagna e fare trekking.」

A savoir il faut un bonnet de bain pour la piscine. Dommage que la piscine ne ferme pas un peu plus tard. 」
「À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. 」

「The location is great, it is up on a mountain past Londa but to get to it you need to go up some ver inclined hills, definitely a different experience for someone looking to be away from the big city. The host was a very attentive super friendly guy that made sure we got there safe and was always there to help us. 」
