"The food, atmosphere, and super friendly staff definitely make this place to return to. Staff was always friendly and very, very accommodating even with our limited Japanese vocabulary. Definitely the highlight of our trip for sure!"
"The view is amazing, the open bath is exciting with the beautiful river and mountains make me feel relaxed.the pure hot spring getting my skin so soft.very kind staff and the foods are delicious.this is the perfect place for the nature lover’s person."

You can take time to visit Tamanashihachimachi Hot Spring during your travels to Kaneyama. While you're in the area, wander around the natural setting.
"Partner and I shared a room - quite a small space, but totally comfortable for a couple nights!
Everything was very clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly.
There was a smart TV in the room, and good wifi.
They make a good effort for eco-friendliness too!
It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely! "
"Convenient location, easy parking, decent breakfast. Only complaint is the bed. It was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Way to hard with no padding. Pillow was also firm and seemed to be filled with a rice-like substance. Not comfortable. "

"Really fun place for a relaxing getaway especially to socialize with your close friends or significant others. There is not much to do in the area unless you have a car."
"If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice.
Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"
