"Perfectly fine place for a night or two if traveling on a budget. About 15 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars in the city centre. Owner was very helpful since it was our first time in Sapporo and waited up to greet us upon arrival. "

"It was totally nice to stay in Guest House Shikotsu Kamui. 1 minute walk to the lake, very friendly staff, cozy living room, etc. Though the room is not toward the lake, I can see the mountain instead. As there is an open kitchen in the 1st floor, anyone can use it freely. In addition, a bath tub is available. Good choice for those who want to take rest alone or with family."

"Nice hostel. Worth the price. a 30min walk from Sapporo station. Only 1 shower designated for men. It took awhile for the shower to heat, else its a 10/10."
