The property is beautiful and clean, even though we found bat droppings on the bathroom floor in the morning. The restaurant food was horrible.

Everyone was polite , courteous and respectf. Foid was great and exceptional value for money.

The staff were friendly and helpful..the rooms were clean and tidy and also the amenities were good...only one major issue is when there was a power failure for about 16 hours we didn't have any backup power supply from the hotel....other than that it was a great stay.

I was also told I could not walk around... with 2 kids...that almost impossible. I was never offered a guide to walk us around. Lots of staff, all willing to work. But no service offered. That’s management not encouraging staff to do there job fully
