"The first room we got smelled heavily of cigarettes, so we got moved. This was good, but the room was smaller which was not. But overall, I'd stay there again. It was clean and convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors ..."
