「We love it!」

「Staff and breakfast was wonderful. Property smelled like sour beer and orange cleaner. 」

「The only issue I had was minutes after I checked into our room, I started sneezing and smelling like there was mold. It is carpeted. The patio seemed scary to walk on to and run down. The patio door was difficult to open as I have back issues. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was good, but only have 4 tables. 」

I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain. 「We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. 「Property is older but has everything you need. The room had a kitchenette and was directly situated on the beach. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, with bonus grab & go breakfast options. The biggest draw is the beach. This property was a little gem along our road trip route!! 」
