Although this is a pet friendly hotel, the pet "FEE" was not disclosed ar booking. Ended up having to pay a $25.00 per pet, per night. Making this motel on the more expensive side. Also maid service was not done during are stay. Website claims there is ample truck and trailer parking however there is none what so ever. Will not be staying here again.

Staff were very nice, came a long ways from Pullman, WA for spring break with my sister and grandparents. Really hoped the pool was open, it wasn't. The TV stoped working after a while, wifi is excessively slow and inconsistent. Our bathtub was stained badly too. Convinient spot to be, close to food and shops.

The staff had to be called multiple times to be able to check in, in the middle of the afternoon. The main room and bed was clean and fine as far as the stay. The bathtub looked filthy and we did not feel confident to shower in it. And the one amenity that is offered, the indoor hot tub, is in an enclosed room that doesnt look like it has been cleaned in months, maybe years. The chairs offered in the room were covered in mildew and The hot tub room itself was covered in mildew and it felt like you were breathing in toxic air. And while the water looked fresh and clean, you could see dirt at the bottom of the tub and when trying to turn the jets on they moaned and groaned so loud and never really started and we quickly turned them off with the sound it was making. We did not stay in the hot tub area past 5 minutes. As for safety, all doors to enter the hotel area from the outside (including the hottub) appear to require kets, but are completely unlocked and accessible to anyone. Keys only seem to be needed for individual rooms.

Our plans changed last minute and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful in getting our reservation cancelled. Also observed him checking in other guests and he was very courteous and helpful with them also. Definitely will be staying here when we travel to Florence again.

The room was large and very clean. I especially appreciated the two large upholstered armchairs in the room, which were essential because of my disability. However, the building and grounds were in serious need of maintenance and cleaning.

The front desk help took forever. The room was clean and tiday BUT the Wifi sucked real bad, it was dropping the connection to the internet every minte and picking it back up. The devices would connect to their network but getting to the internet from their network was failing off and on so much you could'nt even watch a movie with out it constantly buffering

I commute for work to the Florence area. I stayed January 17-20, 2026. This stay, was nice. My second to last day, the sink started leaking onto the bathroom floor. I let a hotel staff member know. They did not fix the leak before I left. I am a firm believer that we control when things happen only how we fix them. So this did not mean I would not stay again. In fact, I stayed a second time January 24-27, 2026. I was placed in the same room, which would have been awesome had the sink been fixed. Not only was it not fixed, but it was leaking even worse; I couldn't walk into the bathroom without walking through a bunch of water. My second to last day of my stay and there was not longer any hot water any time of day. I will not be back; which really sucks. Their property is in a nice location and could be awesome if they had any desire to care for their customers.

When I got into my room. It smelled like cigarettes. I went for a run and returned and the room smelled like marijuana. The adjoining door had no lock and was blocked by a chair. The smoke detector beeped continuously. The microwave did not heat. The fridge froze everything. The tub floor had a mat glued to it and felt like it was on the verge of falling through. The tv was a Roku tv but the WiFi was not strong enough to stream anything. So no tv. I actually felt unsafe at this property and do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are traveling with children.
