"I have rented this house 3 times. Once booked for a girl's weekend that the girls loved so much, they booked it the next year. Twice with family. Grandkids love the house and of course the lake. We brought a water trampoline that the kids loved, plus the house had a lily pad, kayaks and paddle boards. They would have lived in the lake all day if I would have let them. I myself loved being in the kayak all day. Love the cozy fire pit at night with roasting of marshmallows for smores. The peaceful atmosphere is awesome. Went cruising after dinner on our rented golf cart to search for wildlife and of course made a visit to the Lake shop for ice cream cones. By the way you really don't need to search for the deer they come up across the street to graze at dusk. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. Just a great place to spend family time together."

"The property was charming and the room was nice. I never saw any staff. Rather like a “Waymo” hotel experience.,I was informed that there would be fresh brewed coffee available at 8:00 AM on Sat AM but no mention of any breakfast either morning. It confused me as the property is advertised as a Bed & Breakfast. It would also be nice to have more than a sliver of soap for the shower. The instructions ( by text) for entry were timely and everything worked as indicated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. "

"This adorable A-Frame lake house was the perfect getaway for our family of five. With the finished walkout basement it gave our kids a separate space to hangout while my husband and I had our own quiet area on the main floor to spend together. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming and kayaking in the lake. Even with the extreme heat in August the lake helped to make it feel a lot cooler, and sometimes there was a nice breeze off the lake. We made good use of the gas grill and outdoor eating area, and the lower deck was shaded for most of the day. We used the upper deck in the mornings while drinking our coffee and enjoying the lake view. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this place, and we plan on coming back in the future!"

"Cute house! Loved the private dock, Blackstone, and deck! Our whole family had a ball playing the Wii along with several other games they had. The host was extremely personable and very good at communicating! We had the best time!"

"House is great, lots of room, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. Meagan was a great host. It was an unusual summer with much more rain than usual for Kansas, but still had a wonderful time playing pool when swimming wasn't optimal. I don’t think I’ll ever get my fill of Linn Valley Lake; it’s so peaceful and quiet during the week. You basically have the lake to yourself. Also, there are a table and 4 chairs on the dock which doesn't show up in the listing pictures, but is convenient for morning coffee or snacking on the dock. Hope to come back next year!"

"The loft was a delightful place for us to stay. Very spacious and room for large families. The beds were very comfortable. The loft was very clean and organized and had just about everything that we needed in the kitchen. Bonus for us was the highchair and baby bed and other baby items available for our use.Our host was very accommodating and took great care of us. If we are back in the area again I won’t hesitate to rent this place again.!Oh and the owner recommended the farmers market on Saturday during our stay. After visiting the farmers market we had everything we needed for breakfast and met some really nice folks! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family."

"We had a beautiful, restful and enjoyable stay at the gorgeous lodge in Drexel! Thank you, Ashley for your very prompt replies.One small thing. There is no useable grill. Need to factor that in, when meal planning. We had a fantastic time there!"
