「The room was musty, the front desk staff unhelpful and insensitive and the bed was broken and irreparable. 0/10, I would not recommended」

「The staff at the hotel were very cheerful, friendly and approachable. They did their very best to please us and keep us happy, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, a good variety of food displayed. Every day the menu was different and the food very tasty. It was nice to have a gym on the premises which was also well maintained. The only disappointment was not having an instructor around in case of any difficulties. That aside, it was a...

「Great location. The staff is extremely helpful. The pool restaurant has good food with an amazing view.」

「Downtown of Kingston is notorious for its unsafe situation due to many gangs' activities.」

「Good vibe, relaxing」

「What did you like or what was unique about the property? The property provided a place to stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice advertised benefit. What didn’t you like? The breakfast service took too long, which made it inconvenient. Also, although the property advertises free breakfast, the overall service could be improved. I was disappointed that an additional fee was charged for late checkout. Better service, more timely breakfast, and greater flexibility with checkout would...

「Great Privacy. Decent suite. Friendly host. Look forward to October or November」
