「Good location, very small room with not so pleasant smell due to humidity. Bathroom also very small, not much room for bags. Helpful staff.」

If there were a “sixth star,” I would give it without hesitation: after I accidentally left my wallet in the room, the staff went above and beyond by personally bringing it all the way to the airport. 「Even it is raining or cold out side, there are alot of enjoyable things to do within the hotel, inside pool, casino and buffet. 」

「We unfortunately had a very challenging time during our stay. Several things were either broken or not working. For example in the bathroom, the shower door did not close, the toilet seat was broken and the top drawer was also broken. In the room, our fridge did not work and the air conditioning would randomly stop working. When we got there, the WIFI was not functioning but they gave us a separate router to use. On our last day, the water in the bathroom was not working either. 」
