"The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. "I love this hotel so much. I told everyone, this is what I want from a hotel when I’m in Italy! Beautiful entry/lobby. Clean, well appointed room. I did have the balcony room, which was just luxury to sit out there and enjoy a coffee. The garden space also offers quiet space to breathe. This is right in the city center, so everything is walkable. I wish I would have gotten there Friday as intended, because Friday night right at the corner is so much action! Food, drinks, fun, and then the quiet space of the hotel. They have a small but well-appointed bar. And the staff and I worked hard to come up with a signature cocktail. It definitely requires Amaro. Plus the restaurant in the ground floor has recently opened and I had a lovely traditional dish. I will make it a point to stay here anytime I am back! As a business traveler, this was a welcome break, but as a leisure traveler this is a gem!"

"A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers. Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking. Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena. "

"This was a very comfortable, quiet, clean place to stay. The property and room are generally in good condition though a tad bit past their prime, but not to any degree that impacts one's stay. There is plenty of parking and it is very easy to get to the city center on public transport (and in the city center parking and driving would be very challenging). There are several nearby restaurants and a large supermarket that is a very short walk away. The room has a fridge so you can store refridgeratables. No coffee maker in the room."
