Rooms are spacious, clean and refreshed everyday. The location/ambience was nice and serene. Not far from Modena city centre at all. Breakfast options were decent. Dinners at the restaurant were great & the sommelier was really good- she offered the best wine native to the region 😃 which I thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommend 💯.

We loved the location to be able to travel to the Ferrari factory tour and Ferrari museums. The hotel was also convenient to visit Parma and Bologna. The dinner service in the dining room was excellent. Tomasso the chef prepared wonderful pasta and a steak that was excellent. I have a gluten allergy and he was happy to prepare my food with a few changes. Simona our server was wonderful. Grazia Mille!

Very nice hotel, the male employee working late at night on July 21st was completely unprofessional and rude. If you hate your job, quit. No one is forcing you to work there, but don't ruin guests stay because of your misery. Besides him the room was very clean and had a great modern style, too bad the aircon only goes down to 22c.

Greeting at check-in was grumpy and not particularly welcoming, exactly the same at check-out. The desk staff were aloof, as if we were a nuisance being there. I was supposed to receive a bottle of wine as a welcome gift due to my membership status, but no sign of that at all. The rooms are very tired, broken light fittings, worn out fittings, time for a refit. If you want to know what kind of hotel this is, I can sum it up by the coat hangers, they are the tethered type that only work in hotels… say no more! In its current condition, and on account of the (lack of) welcome, this is a 2 star establishment, at best.

The hotel from outside looks beautiful, from inside specifically the rooms looks terrible. The worst is the bathroom where the sink doesn’t drain and that paddies does not drain and the shower is so small and it leaks water to outside which make it very slippery and dangerous. The shaving mirror is broken. The mattresses are completely uncomfortable and the pillows are even worse. The location is bad and you are far away from any interesting landmarks in Modena. The lobby is very dumb and and willcoming. However staff is very courteous and nice.

Disrespectful Night Shift personal which didn’t bother to do his job for proper check in and inform about the benefits in the booking. I booked premium double room and got the smallest room similar to a prison cell even when at the time of booking which was the same day there were 6 double premium room available. I inform the front desk after check in but I got standard excuse that hotel was fully booked which was a lie because I complained at the check out and got confirmation about low occupancy. It was only because he didn’t want to make the effort to change room. I had similar experiences with this specific employee in my previous stay, I will definitely look for other option in my next stay in Modena because the employees are becoming less and less friendly at this property
