"A nice authentic family run hotel. Very clean and tidy. The Staff and family were very helpful and accommodating. Only niggles was a 2 hour delay with checking in, a complementary drink would have been a nice offer as travelled a long time. Also no price lists anywhere, as far we could see, so unsure of what things cost eg drinks, additional meals, beach chairs/brolly, the language was a bit of a barrier, need to learn Italian. We would definitely go again and recommend it."

The condition of the place is very good although they had construction materials in the gym. The amenities were good. You get shampoo/body soap, lotion, slippers, vanity set, towels, and water! A robe would have been nice. The staff were excellent, big shout out to Lorenzo, Martina, Violeta, and Charlotta for making our stay more comfortable. The beach view cannot be beat and the gym facility is great although water and towels would have been appreciated. Thank you Crystallo team!"
