We reached out in advance of our arrival, per their instructions and spoke to the front desk letting them know in advance that we would arrive around 10:00 pm. They said no problem and shared where our keys would be located and how to enter. Upon our arrival the keys were not where we were told they’d be and the front desk and front doors were locked. We were exhausted from traveling and just wanted to get to our room. We had to call the main number and they were able to get us our keys. It was just disappointing to have to deal with missing keys that late at night especially for the price we paid for the condo. Aside from this hiccup, and the large dead flowers in the middle of the living room the place was wonderful and the condo beautiful."

"Our 2nd time at the cozy, extremely clean and comfortable condo. We really love everything about staying here! Great communication, easy parking, everything well stocked and the convenience of being so close to the main part of Crested Butte. We loving being able to walk to restaurants and shops and then coming back to the cozy fireplace and comfortable bed. Sure we will be back to stay again at this beautiful property!"
