"Had a lovely stay at the property, had everything that we needed. Especially nice to have a designated parking space. Good base to explore the area. Just need to hoover under the beds, I dropped my brush under the bed and it looked a bit dusty!"

"Loved the cottage lovely and spacious loved the jacuzzi and log fire .And the welcome pack was lovely.The fridge and freezer were big and there was evrything you needed.Only thing that let it down was the heating it was cold on a morning and evening with no heating on in other rooms .Had to turn oven on to heat the kitchen up.It was hive heating with no instructions on how to use it.Due to this we wouldnt stay again which is a shame because we really enjoyed everything about it"

"Pretty easy place to find. Getting up to the upper lodge can be a challenge for people with mobility issues. The lodge is a wonderful quirky olde worlde place. All the rooms were unexpectedly spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils you need for self catering and plenty of space in the kitchen/dining area. The bedroom had plenty of storage, an unexpected sofa and a very comfortable bed. The separate bathroom was more than adequate but I found the toilet flush to be temperamental. The lounge...

"Craster Reach was the most wonderful home from home and the comms from the team running it were fantastic. We even got an in-person visit an hour after we’d arrived to check everything was ok. It was spotlessly clean, pet and family-friendly and the views from all rooms were incredible. I already miss waking up to see the castle on the horizon (and the pub being all of 50 yards away)! The gift bags for the dogs were a lovely touch."
