The Bathroom had Black all around the Bath taps that was removable with a cloth, we had to go outside and walk over stones and up steps with our cases. The Breakfast was very good .

Breakfast was good for a buffet style hot food. Room was ok at best. Bathroom was not great with mildew all over the bath / shower and there being clear stains on the towels. Personally I’d not stay here again

The staff were more then helpful and courteous. They were very accommodating with the parking as my wife is on crutches but we don't have a disabled badge.

Nice classic hotel in this old fashioned town, interior design breathing 20th century atlantic shipping history. Top class breakfast. And with hogwarths school of harry potter nearby.

Only used the hotel for bed and breakfast. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The dining room was impressive and had some history attached to it. The service was responsive at breakfast and kindness and understanding shown to a nervous 6 year old. The free public parking at the rear of the hotel worked well and the proximity to the town and castle and gardens.

Great location in centre of town. Lovely atmosphere and all staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms /bathrooms a little dated but spotlessly clean and bedding/towels of good quality. Would certainly stay again.

Alnwick is navigable on foot, and The White Swan was centrally located. Breakfast was cheerfully presented and the staff went out of their way to help me make a connection at the Almouth rail station two miles away.
