「A lovely stay in Alnwick in September 2026. We had a large room with a view of the castle.
Breakfast was very good as were the evening meal options. Staff were all friendly, helpful and seemed very competent.」
「Tha staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned for access to A1 and local bus route to Town.
The room was perfect with plenty of room and an extra large bed.
We had dinner in the hotel there was plenty of choice and all freshly cooked, excellent.」
「Beautiful room with lots of lovely touches including the cookies and the cafeteria coffee. The choice of breakfast was really good and the coffee was great. The staff were attentive and very welcoming and gave us good suggestions of where to go and where was good to eat. A very special place we hope to go back soon.

「Stayed with my wife for a one night break. The room itself was very nice and clean but unfortunately the bathroom/toilet had a rather unpleasant smell suggesting there were issues with the drains. It had been raining and the French window door had a poor seal at the bottom so the carpet there was wet. In the morning the hot water was only luke warm (we were told there was possibly a problem with the boiler and given an apology but nothing else). The bar lacked a nice seating area for hotel...
