「Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. 」

「Honestly the place looks good online, the place was okay but the personal stuff was nice at the beginning and after was horrible. The washer was not working properly and the complete room got full of water and had a bad smell.」

「The hotel don’t mention that restroom is not in the room. Also there a lot of walking steps up hill. 」

「El mejor lugar para hospedarse en San Marcos la laguna , el personal super atento y la comida del restaurante es excelente , el único inconveniente es el ruido pero se entiende ya que es un problema de los hoteles de la zona」

「The complex was extremely well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The complex was quite difficult to find even with the provided instructions, we only found it because a local showed us the route. The area has a lot of construction so it is quite loud during the day. The balcony was not used as we had hoped because the drilling was constant all day. Also it would be nice if the balcony had seating. The staff are very quick to respond which was helpful because the toilet did not work...

「Loved the place, the only problem is the rooms are not sound proof you can hear the party going on in the nearby bars. But this place is beautiful.」
