I love the location because allows us to participate and enjoy the ambient of the central park, been part of the Xelas history is also amazing, unfortunately some of the front desk employees are a little bit hesitant to help/accomodate the needs of the guest, breakfast buffet will be awesome, but overall good experience!

Needs upgrading but generally a good hotel within the city. Location was excellent and the breakfast was good. We stayed at a busy time but staff were very accomadating

Fabulous, very comfortable

Internet worked great, excellent shower, good breakfast, water available all the time, fabulous service. At elevation, climbing up the stairs to the fifth floor was honestly a challenge, but worth it.

Pensión Bonifaz is a beautiful place located in the heart of the historic town of Xela or Quetzaltenango. The hotel has a charm of a historic building that matches the town. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant offers delicious breakfast.
