「Amazing place. Thank you!」

「The entry to the bed and breakfast was through the owner's residence. The state of the entry probably should have given a clue about the cleanliness of the rooms. The floors in the hallway looked as though they hadn't seen a vacuum in a year. Layers of dust on the furniture in the room, and floors that were not cleaned prior to my arrival. The shared bathroom hadn't been cleaned and the shower curtain was covered in pink mold. An old used facecloth hung inside the shower. I made this reservation...

「This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside.」

「In the original room, we felt men’s cologne smell very strong, and asked to change the room. The reception accepts our request, and we felt comfotable to stay in the new room. There was no tissue paper box, and coffee machine was out of order. But it is totally fine for us!」

「This is a gem of a place. I have stayed at the abner many times and am delighted to say it is always a treat. The hotel is warm charming sparkling clean and perfectly located with shopping and dining just outside your doors. The rooms are comfortably appointed with all the extras of a posh stay . The breakfast is a must and don’t skip the frittata. Dinner is a cozy culinary experience with an ample menu to cover many tastes but dine exquisitely. If open do not miss out on the rooftop lounge...

「They do a three star job of being a 3-star hotel. It’s worn and any room repairs were done with minimal skills. The tub felt Like it was paper thin. The bed was a marshmallow But the staff was nice, particularly house keeling. All on site restaurants are closed Mon and Tue. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM」

「What a quaint and charming inn! Our room was quaint and very clean. The staff was excellent. The free breakfast was beyond! Served in a sunroom with white glove service. Very classy. The nin is old and some of the floors squeak. -great value.」

「Loved this house and the quiet respite in the woods. It is a bit far from the village, but so lovely. Spacious suites are comfortable and bathroom is beautiful. The bed was wonderful. The staff was kind and gracious. Will visit again!」

「It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.」

「The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

「Everything was perfect, but the pool was not available for use. Generally, hotels that include a pool are more expensive, so there should be a note indicating this so that guests can take it into account when making a selection especially since I enjoy using the pool, and in this instance, I was unable to do so :(」

「Although only for one night, we had a lovely and comfortable stay. Pat, the owner, checked in with us before we arrived…, to be sure we were set. Complimentary beverages and snacks were so welcome after a long day on the road. We crashed on the couch and nibbled before we called it a nite.(just right mattress and pillows). In the morning (shower was great) we had good choices from the laid out continental breakfast. Nicole, the manager, welcomed us and asked if we needed any thing more. ...
