"We stayed for two nights. The accommodation is excellent, but we were not aware that it is a rental rather than a hotel. Therefore there was nobody available to check us in and had we not spoke Spanish, would have been in a difficult situation. We had to locate our room ourselves, which was unexpected and took us a while to locate as it is a large building. The property is on the outskirts of Tulum and taxis are needed to travel around. "We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse and could not have been happier. It was spacious and beautiful. Rooftop pool was nice and there were towels provided. Loved the area although it was a long walk to the main beach area of 5th (30 minutes). There was a closer beach and shopping along 5th about a 15 minute walk. "The room,the chairs were very dusty. The master bath room toilet was very smelly and no air refresher. Aside from that it is a good place and we enjoyed our selves. "

"Condo was wonderful with beautiful water view and quiet location. Pool was wonderful and the beach is beautiful (although it is not the same bright blue clear waters as you will find farther north). Great accommodations and communicative host. Drinking water was complimentary but please note that the condo does not supply any basic spices/oils or dishwasher detergent, so we bought those ourselves. Overall a great experience!"

"Both the host and Miriam were extremely hospitable. The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean. And the shower gets hot! The communication with the host and Miriam was impeccable. Miriam went out of her way to help me upon arrival. You are two blocks to Playa Norte, Two blocks to the main drag and Playa Centro. Five minute walk to the ferry and golf cart rental. And best of all a block from El Centro. I highly recommend a stay here. Just don't book it when I come back."

"Easy to communicate with property manager who quickly corrected a couple issues. I missed this unit being on the third floor, which is my fault, but i would have opted out if i read better. The photos are not of either unit I was given but they are similar. Kitchenette had settings for 2 people max. Temperature in room was very comfortable. Entrance has padlock for security."

"This property is all about the beach. The amenities are very basic. It's not the place I would stay if I the plan was to 'not leave the resort.' Its an affordable place with EXCELLENT beach location, the villas are clean and nice - but I would not plan to stay for dinning or spa or any extras or comfortable 'hang out' common areas - you will need to leave for that. They only have toilets by the beach for changing - no showers in the common area bathrooms such as by the beach, in the gym, or...
