"We had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya! The staff was great, everyone was extremely quick to give us great service and met all of our needs well! The employees made sure we had a great time! The one down side was the food. It was not terrible, just really subpar. Breakfast and lunch were decent. It was all tolerable but we found ourselves traveling off the resort to get dinner. "
