"The hotel was beautiful with all the amenities you could need. This was our first time in a traditional Japanese style room and it was such a fun experience. The onsens were great and the reservation system easy to use. Dining was special and we loved the food. Getting to do a little laundry in their facilities was an added bonus. Staff was eager to help and made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. The food was great (I ate at the bar, the restaurant, and the breakfast station downstairs). Everything was amazing and I will definitely be coming back when I return to Osaka. "

It was small but you had to show your receipt for rentry on the same day. It was a frustrating process that wasn’t very customer friendly when you just wanted to workout or swim multiple times in a day. "
