"The staff were absolutely incredible. This was a bit of an indulgence and truly was a luxury worth looking forward to. "Such a nice hotel! Very convenient location, with free shuttle to the train station (only about 10 minutes away). Staff was very helpful, answering a couple of emails before our trip in a very prompt manner, as well as being helpful while we were staying there. They were able to hold our bags for us when we arrived several hours prior to check in so we could go sightseeing, and they held them again for us for a couple of hours after checkout so we could see a few more things before leaving town....

"This was a great base for visiting Kyoto, near the station and easy to find. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and had lots of choice. Excellent hotel in Kyoto, convenient location
"Such a nice hotel! Very convenient location, with free shuttle to the train station (only about 10 minutes away). They were able to hold our bags for us when we arrived several hours prior to check in so we could go sightseeing, and they held them again for us for a couple of hours after checkout so we could see a few more things before leaving town. The room was spacious, modern and clean - very comfortable! I believe we got a very good deal using this site, so we were thrilled to see how nice this hotel was. We loved our two night stay there and would absolutely love to stay there again!"
