It was the perfect size for the two of us. We found the kitchen area to be very functional and even though we didn't cook any meals, the well-stocked kitchen and clean, new appliances would have made it easy. "We enjoyed our stay very much! The property description was accurate though we cook and I’ll tell you what, pots and pans were sparse! One very small pot with lid, one small very worn Teflon skillet with no lid and one larger wok like skillet with no lid were what was available. There was one 5x7 cutting board and no hot mitts. There was some tea and olive oil and salt and pepper. If we come back sometime I’ll bring some cooking gear. Great location and the space was a comfortable temperature."

"The house itself is older but well maintained inside. The outside needs attention. Lots of broken furniture in the yard and appeared things had not been picked up after the last storm. The views are absolutely amazing, the location is great. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely return."

"Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach."

"This was a very comfortable house. Unsure why it has anything less than 5 star reviews. It was convenient to everything. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer. If there was a larger group there, there may be an issue because there is only one bathroom, but for the price, you cannot beat this. Its basically across the street from food and grocery stores. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, and anything you need. It is a duplex. Just be aware because people get confused for some reason....
