"This is a nice condo in a quiet area. We enjoyed the screened in porch. It was close to the beach and bike trail. Jackie was very kind and patient as I had made an error with my reservation dates. I would recommend this for a couple looking to get away."

"The most important thing to us was being right on the ocean. The condo worked for us. However, it shows its age, especially on the deck or balcony, which needs new furniture."

"Our stay was wonderful at this Oceanfront condo. The property was very clean and a perfect set up for a family with kids. It rained during our stay but we were able to enjoy the views on the balcony while our little ones napped. It was so convenient to go out to the beach when the weather was nice and pop back in when it started raining! It was very close to Freshfields village which was conventient. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the calmness and beauty of Kiawah!"

"Lagoon Villa 44 is an amazing place to stay in the IOP. The property was clean and updated with all the amenities! It is very quiet and relaxing! Short walking distance to the beach and Wild Dunes resort. My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay. Our hosts were great and easy to contact. We will be back!"

"The condo unit is peaceful and has delicate and tasteful furnishings. It is best suited for one or two adults, but not children. It was clean and even though a middle unit, it still had adequate natural light. I enjoyed my stay there."

"The property was perfect size for me and my husband. We had great, easy access to the boardwalk to the beach. We had a great time! The only suggestion I have is to let guests know they need to supply their own shower soap and tissues. Otherwise we were really happy with everything!"

"We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again"

"It was a wonderful ladies trip. Everything was as beautiful as noted. We had everything we needed for our stay there. The view was amazing the ocean the pier. Short walk to restaurants and Shop was awesome. Just a short drive to Charleston with wonderful things to do there beautiful city, love this place had all the room we need plenty of bedrooms bathrooms for six ladies could’ve had eight ladies. Highly recommend."
