We have been on a girl’s trip many times to Folly, but this condo was our favor place so far. We will definitely make it our go-to place when we come to Folly from now on. It’s very nice throughout and the deck is wonderful. It’s also in a great location. Would highly recommend!

We came down for a girls weekend and this location was everything and more! Two parking spots, beach access steps away from our house, clean and tidy. Guest service was just a text or call away. I plan on renting here again in the future.

This property was beautiful! We loved the easy access to the beach and the gorgeous view from the patio. This property had everything we needed to make Spring Break enjoyable for our family of 5. Tons of shops/restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend, especially for a family.

The location and view cannot be beat from this beautiful beach front condo. Very spacious and well appointed from the deck furniture to the comfortable beds, and the living and dining rooms setup. The balcony is private and perfect for seeing the sunrise without having to get down to the beach. Perfect location for easy walk to the pier, stores and restaurants. Will rent again.

Very nice property for a few days of playing on the beach. We did have to call to check in because the code provided didn’t work but it was a quick and easy fix. Otherwise it’s a clean property within walking distance of a variety of shopping and food options.

The condo was clean, the decor was lovely (we loved the pictures), the view was excellent, furnishings were comfortable. The master was spacious with its own master bath. One bedroom had a queen with its own bathroom, the other bedroom had two twin beds and a hall full bath. The bed linens were very nice. It had a big porch with plenty of chairs and a table. I was so happy that there was an elevator on site! This was perfect for us!

The condo was clean, had thoughtfully chosen sturdy furniture, and Folly-themed artwork. The kitchen was thoroughly equiped with cooking and eating utensils for every occasion. It was very apparent that a lot of thought was put into designing the condo for guests' every need. Best of all was the proximity to and the view of the beach. The sunrises over the beach alone were worth the stay! We will definitely be visiting again!

Great location, comfortable beds, beautiful view. The check in door code didn’t work, but it was quickly resolved when I called the after hours help line at the rental company. The only negative was the dirty floors. Our 10 month old twins had black hands and feet from crawling around while we unloaded.

Fantastic location ! Loved the condo, very well decorated and it has anything you need, it’s a lil outdated and it needs some TLC for sure. The A/C vent was all rusted and the ceiling around it it’s peeling, the floor it’s slanted and there is a tile that it’s lifting . Other than that our stay was phenomenal!
