"I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! "This was a very comfortable house. Unsure why it has anything less than 5 star reviews. It was convenient to everything. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer. If there was a larger group there, there may be an issue because there is only one bathroom, but for the price, you cannot beat this. Its basically across the street from food and grocery stores. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, and anything you need. It is a duplex. Just be aware because people get confused for some reason....
