"Sandos Finisterra is a nice place. The rooms are a bit dated but very spacious. As part of VIP, we were upgraded to 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, 3 beds, a kitchenette (with nothing in it), and a dinette area. Pros: Nice pools, beautiful area overlooking the marina. "Not the same Hyatt Ziva that I was accustomed to. I’ve stayed at this hotel over 6 times. The good: The servers at the pool Genaro and Juan still the great service that I remembered. The bad: The hotel is way too Americanized. I’m in Mexico so I want the Mexican traditional food. Coco loco: change of menu. No fish tacos there you have to go sit down at the Cortez now. "The family suite and the grand master suite was wonderful. The restaurants required reservations and we only made it to 1 out of a weeks stay because they were closed due to cleaning supposedly. I don't think this resort has enough employees , the ones that were working seemed overworked, this resort is quite a drive out of town so maybe its hard to get employees , maybe the pay isn't good I'm not sure but there seemed to be bare bones on staff.
