"Entertainment was good. Some staffs were very helpful and polite, and some seems a bit impatient. Overall, everything thing was good. We had a private dinner with 14 guests, and our waiter was awesome his customer service was very good. Others need to learn from this young gentleman. "

The sliding door was super hard to close and created a whistling sound. While there the AC went out in our room and when asked to be fixed maintenance came in and said give it 30 mins to an hour. "Nice and low-key spot. Staff were typically very friendly, especially once you got to know them. Food selection was limited but always extremely high quality, delicious and satisfying. Their Cooks really know how to cook! I stayed in one of the older buildings. The room was cleaned daily and in decent shape if a bit dated. A/C worked well and view was great. Our family group of 20, including a 7 month old and 17 month old, had every need met including delicious meals, perfectly served, and luxurious days lounging around the pool.
