"The hotel was beautiful with all the amenities you could need. This was our first time in a traditional Japanese style room and it was such a fun experience. The onsens were great and the reservation system easy to use. Dining was special and we loved the food. Getting to do a little laundry in their facilities was an added bonus. Staff was eager to help and made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire stay."

Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. There was a huge construction project across the street from our room making it extremely noisy during the day. Breakfast was delicious! Best we’ve had since arriving in Japan a month ago. "

"Location was prime for the price point. Literally right in the heart of city walk for easy access to the theme park and all the food and souvenir spots in the area. The room was also very roomy and well kept. Only gripe was that there were very limited closet spaces and basically no drawers to store clothes. Will definitely consider this hotel again for next visit to Universal Studios Japan when Donkey Kong Country opens."
