"Perfect for an early flight. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a great selection of amenities provided. The terminal is a short walk from the hotel. For ease and convenience, this hotel was ideal. Excellent value for money. "

"This hotel does not have the lobby on the first floor. We need to go to 17th floor. There is only one staff at the hotel entrance at the first floor and I had a hard time to get a tax cab. One stuff at the entrance is not acceptable at all for the price I paired to stay at this hotel. The credit card reader did not work well to read my foreign credit card. "

"This property does take some effort to get to. But the stay was pleasant. Buffet was delicious and onsen baths were amazing. The ryokan experience is very interesting and comfortable for us. Staff were very helpful. One thing to mention is it is not very tattoo-friendly. They politely ask you to cover tattoos in common areas, including restaurants."

"Beautiful hotel… had breakfast included, which was very yummy. Hotel at the top of the hill z..quick walk to the town, but the walk back is a killer! There is a shuttle but it’s only drops. And picks up at the train station."
