「到着時にチェックインタイムより早かったので、チェックインタイムに 再度受付したがまだお部屋の準備ができてなかったということで、アップグレードしてスウィートルームで提供してくれた。」

「I booked a twin room, but the room was double, which was not cozy for a mother and a son. There was no consent in the bathroom, so I could not use a hairdrier in the bathroom. The location was very good. 」

「ネガティヴな口コミははじめてですが、他の方への参考になるかと思い投稿します。 ホテルの外観は美しいですが、設備が一昔前のままです。部屋の内装は五つ星とは思えない内容で、それが古き良きイギリスなのかもしれませんが、この後に泊まった郊外のホテルのほうがオールドとニューのバランスが考慮され、快適に過ごせました。 接客も上から目線の「これでいいだろう」感が伝わってきました。初日にホテル内に駐車していたレンタカーからスーツケースが盗まれてしまったのですが「パーキングエリアのトラブルは自己責任」という姿勢で同情の言葉もなく、寂しい思いをしました。」

「It was more than expected! From the cleaners ,to the welcome,the cleanliness, comfort and food ( deceptively small portions which leave you in a food coma) I cant fault it.The suprise from housekeeping made my day Would def recommend and am planning to book in the near future.」

「Really delightful experience, with a particularly scrumptious breakfast! Down in Bognor Regis for one of my best friend's milestone birthdays and needed a quiet, peaceful, countryside bolt hole to overnight in. My room was clean, easily accessible and tucked away out of the hubbub of pub flow. I enjoyed the novelty of the four poster bed, the rainfall drench shower, and the tasteful decor. The staff were polite and appropriately attentive. Just lovely.」

「Our second visit and it certainly did not disappoint. From our arrival, being met in the car park, through our stay to the very last minute, the staff could not do enough for us. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lemon cake already in the room was delicious. Grounds are amazing especially if like me, you are interested in plants, their growth and wellbeing. The orchard and veg/herb gardens are a joy. We opted for the tasting menu which was wonderful. Strawberry dessert was to die...

「This is a lovely inn/pub in a pretty village. It was very clean and well-kept. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pub has wonderful food. We tried a South African platter, and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here. 」

「Had a fabulous stay at the crazy bear. Our room was very comfortable and the staff are all very attentive. We ate at the English restaurant; wedding menu tasting. Ryan our waiter went above and beyond to make our meal perfect! No complaints but a bedside lamp would be useful 」
