「シャンクリンのオールドビレッジから徒歩数分。ホテルに車を置いてオールドビレッジを観光できる立地は素晴らしい。ホテルからは海が一望でき、晴れた日は心が洗われるような景色を楽しむことができる。 レセプションの応対はあたたかく親切で満足できる水準。一方でレストランは平均並みの味・サービスレベルでとりたてて良いとは言えない。ディナーはホテルではなくパブや町のレストランで食べるのも選択肢になるだろう。エンターテインメントは子供向けの遊び場やプレイステーションが充実しており、小さいお子様連れには便利。プールもアウトドア、インドア両方完備されている（ただし設備は少し古い）。 」

「This is a family Guest house and we were welcomed and treated as well as any family could be. Zac checked us in and carried all our bags up to our room, Dad cooks the best breakfast ever, Grandad in the lounge was happy and friendly, and Melissa was kind and helpful arranging everything we needed. The room was spotless, beds comfy and we had fun playing some of the games on offer and used the breakfast area for takeaways. 「Have stayed at various accommodation in Bembridge over the years and they have generally not disappointed. This one was the same. A great base to explore the village and the many footpaths around the area. And with biblical rain showers having a pub within two minutes walk was a bonus.」

「I booked this with pay at property option. Hotel took money straight away and refused to pay back. 2 days before my stay I receive a voicemail to say under new management and not honouring existing bookings. Disgraceful !!!」

The stay was made so welcoming with all the staff especially Charles, reception and the breakfast staff. Basically everyone. Fantastic will book again. 」
