Great location in a safe area for tourists. All amenities are close by, with great dining options a short walking distance from the hotel.

This was the perfect place for our week long stay on Gotland. The apartment had everything we needed, the grounds/areas around were well maintained and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Visby is a medieval town and there are lots of church ruins. Their history museum has Viking runestones, Viking artifacts, and a permanent exhibit of their medieval history. And of course the wall that enclosed Visby from the middle ages
Visby is awesome. Tons of tiny shops, church ruins from the 1200s, and overall beautiful. We ventured to Farö island. Very doable in an afternoon. We would love to return, and would stay here again! I even had an outdoor massage near the beach!
Visby is a truly historic town. There are tons of preserved ruins all around the town to go and see. An old stone wall still surrounds the town, and you can even go up in one of the guard towers.
