The hotel is so beautiful, staff so helpful did their best to understand our request, there’s a 24/7 bar food is good, and close to the hotel.

Staff was friendly and so helpful…that is the standout here. This is a charming, historic hotel near restaurants and shopping in a bustling past of town.

As other ppl said, the key slot which turns on room was broken. When told the guy said let me send mechanic and this was at 2:00 am. I had to insist to change room. No regular water. The front staff were very friendly but had no clue on many things. Great breakfast.

This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff, friendly, cozy room, yummy breakfast!

I spent more than $500 per night. The overall quality and service does not match the amount. Perhaps, is it something to do inflation in Brazil? Doorman did not bother taking my bag. Lots of mosquitoes when having breakfast. I hope they control mosquitoes, there. Staffs are at the front desk are slow. They gave me an upgrade, though. I like that. Property condition is so so, not matching the price per night. There are lots of Americans but they are noisy. The taste of orange juice is very weird. Coffee is bad. Perhaps, I expected too much Brazilian coffee.
