"This hotel is well located. It was my first time in São Paulo and I felt safe in this neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around, a really nice shopping mall nearby. I liked the breakfast and the rooftop pool. The minibar is well priced and stocked. I loved this hotel and I am happy to come back next time I am in SP. the room was excellent!"

"The check in process seemed messy and disorganized. We only got access to our room over an hour after the promised check-in time. The room was very tiny and cramped. The bed was only a full size, so not good for a couple. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the soap, so it just had to sit on the counter and melt away. They never picked up trash or replaced towels or linen during the four days we were there.
